Product Overview

The GGD AC low-voltage switchgear is designed for AC 50 Hz power systems with rated operating voltage of 380 V and rated current up to 3150 A.It is widely used in power plants,substations and industrial facilities for power distribution and control of power and lighting equipment.

The product is developed in accordance with the requirements of power users and engineering design institutes,following the principles of safety,economy,rationality design and reliability.

The switchgear features high breaking capacity,excellent dynamic and thermal stability,flexible electrical schemes,convenient configuration,wide applicability,novel structure,and high protection level,and can serve as an ideal replacement for conventional low-voltage switchgear assemblies.  

Compliance with Standards

The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60439-1 and GB 7251.12 standards.

Product Features

The cabinet frame is fabricated from 8MF cold-formed steel profiles, partially welded and assembled to form a rigid structural framework. Structural components and dedicated accessories are supplied by approved profile manufacturers, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and consistent product quality.

Components of the standard cabinet are designed according to the modular design principle and are provided with 20mm module mounting holes, offering a high level of standardization and interchangeability. This allows prefabrication of components, shortening the production cycle and improving manufacturing efficiency.

During the design of the GGD switchgear, heat dissipation during operation has been fully considered. Ventilation openings are arranged at the upper and lower parts of the cabinet, ensuring effective natural air circulation.

The cabinet door is connected to the frame by hinged connections, allowing easy installation and removal. A rubber sealing strip embedded in the folded door edge prevents direct contact between the door and the frame and improves the protection level of the cabinet.
