Product Overview
The ZBW series Medium-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation,also known as the European-type compact substation,consists of four main components:Medium-voltage switchgear,low-voltage distribution cabinet,distribution transformer,and enclosure.
It features compact structure,complete set configuration,convenient installation and maintenance,high safety and reliability,and attractive appearance.
The product is available in ring main type,terminal type,and dual power supply configurations.It is suitable for voltage levels of 35 kV and below,with main capacities up to 2000 kVA,and is widely used in small unattended substations.

Product Features
The enclosure of the ZBW series prefabricated substation is made of aluminum alloy plate,stainless steel plate,composite panel,or glass fiber reinforced cement board.The base is constructed from galvanized channel steel or concrete,providing strong corrosion resistance and sufficient mechanical strength.
The structural layout of the prefabricated substation can be designed in either a“目”-shaped or“品”-shaped arrangement according to practical requirements.It is divided into Medium-voltage compartment,transformer compartment,low-voltage compartment,and metering compartment.
All opening parts are provided with sealing measures between the doors and the enclosure.
The enclosure roof adopts a double-layer structure,providing effective thermal insulation and radiation protection.Each compartment is separated by steel plates to form independent chambers,and all compartments are equipped with lighting facilities.
An automatic ventilation system is installed in the transformer chamber to effectively control operating temperature.
The distribution transformer can be configured,according to user requirements,with either a low-loss energy-saving oil-immersed power transformer or an epoxy cast resin dry-type transformer.
