Product Overview
The XL-21 low-voltage motor power distribution cabinet features a compact structure,convenient maintenance,and flexible configuration options.
The cabinet can be equipped with air circuit breakers(ACB),fuses and other circuit protection devices.It may also be equipped with contactors and thermal overload relays.The front door of the cabinet can be provided with control push-buttons and indicator lamps for operation and status indication.
When a knife switch is used,its operating handle is installed on the front panel of the cabinet,allowing convenient switching operation.
The product is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises,commercial buildings,schools and public facilities.It is designed for AC systems with frequency of 50–60 Hz,rated current up to 630 A,and rated voltage up to 500 V,and supports IT,TN-C,and TT earthing systems for power and lighting distribution.

The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60439-1 and GB 7251.12 standards.
Product Features
The enclosure of the cabinet is fabricated from sheet steel formed by bending and welding,or assembled from welded steel profiles,providing sufficient mechanical strength,reliable electrical performance,and operational safety.
The cabinet is front-accessible with a front door.The knife switch operating handle is installed on the upper part of the right front column or at the center of the front door.Electrical components may be mounted using beam-type or plate-type installation methods.
The system configuration is flexible,allowing convenient installation,high versatility,and easy maintenance and inspection.According to user requirements,the cabinet may be equipped with a glass door for improved appearance.
All metal components are treated by electroplating or electrostatic powder coating,providing strong adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance.Steel plates and accessories intended for coating are subjected to pickling,phosphating,and epoxy powder coating treatment.Component mounting plates and brackets are galvanized,while all copper busbars are tin-plated.All assembly fasteners are electroplated.The enclosure provides a degree of protection of IP30.
