Product Overview
The Automatic Transfer Switch(ATS)cabinet is designed for emergency power supply systems.It is suitable for AC 50 Hz power systems with rated operating voltage of 400 V and rated current up to 630 A,and supports three-phase three-wire,three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems.
The system automatically transfers the load circuit from one power source to the standby power source,ensuring continuous and reliable power supply to critical loads.
The automatic transfer switch utilizes double-row composite contacts,a mechanical transmission mechanism,a micro-motor energy storage mechanism and microelectronic control technology,enabling arc-free switching under normal operating conditions.
The equipment is widely used in facilities requiring uninterrupted power supply,including hospitals,commercial centers,banks,chemical plants,metallurgical facilities,and high-rise buildings.

The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60439-1 and GB 7251.3 standards.
Product Features
The enclosure of the ATS cabinet is fabricated from bent and welded sheet steel or assembled from 8MF steel profiles,providing sufficient mechanical strength,reliable electrical performance and safe operation.
The cabinet features a single front door design and is intended for indoor installation.It is suitable for wall mounting,with single-side or double-side front access.
The cabinet is equipped with air circuit breakers and fuses for short-circuit protection.The door can be fitted with a dual power supply controller,push-buttons,indicator lamps and measuring instruments.
Both the cabinet door and enclosure are provided with grounding screws,ensuring reliable earthing of the enclosure.
According to user requirements,the automatic transfer switch installed in the cabinet may adopt PC-class or CB-class ATS devices.The ATS switch supports three operation modes:automatic operation,manual handle operation and controller key operation.
