GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is an advanced low-voltage withdrawable switchgear assembly widely used in power distribution systems.The product is composed of standardized modular units,ensuring flexible configuration and convenient assembly.The withdrawable drawers are equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking mechanisms,providing enhanced operational safety and reliability.
The switchgear is suitable for three-phase five-wire power systems with a rated frequency of 50/60 Hz,rated insulation voltage and rated operating voltage of 380 V(400 V)and 690 V,and rated current up to 5000 A.
It is widely used in power plants,substations,industrial and mining enterprises,and high-rise buildings,serving for power generation,transmission and distribution,power conversion,and control of power-consuming equipment.

Product Features
The basic structure of the GCS low-voltage switchgear adopts a modular assembled frame construction.The enclosure panels are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets,while the frame structure,internal partitions,and functional units are manufactured from high-quality Aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets.Other structural metal parts made of cold-rolled steel sheets are treated with galvanized anti-corrosion protection.
The cabinet provides sufficient mechanical strength,ensuring that no vibration or deformation occurs after component installation and during operation.
Each cabinet of the switchgear is divided into three compartments,namely the horizontal busbar compartment,functional unit compartment,and cable compartment.The compartments are separated by integral high-strength flame-retardant environmentally friendly insulating panels and Aluminum-zinc coated steel plates.
The withdrawable drawer units are equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking mechanisms.The drawers are controlled by an operating handle,with clearly indicated positions including ready,closed,test,withdrawable,and isolated positions.
