Product Overview
The ZGS Series Combined Compact Substation,also known as an American compact substation,is suitable for 50 Hz,10/0.4 kV ring network power supply,dual power supply and terminal power supply systems.It is used for medium-voltage distribution,metering,compensation control and protection.
This product is an outdoor compact transformer in which the transformer,medium-voltage load switch and fuses are installed inside the transformer oil tank.
The low-voltage section adopts an independent outdoor enclosure with separate compartments for metering,incoming feeders,outgoing feeders and capacitors,arranged in a compact configuration.
The integration of the medium-voltage components and the transformer within the oil tank significantly reduces the overall size,providing a compact structure that is easy to install,excellent sealing performance,safe and reliable,and requires minimal maintenance.

The product complies with GB/T 3906,DL/T 404 and GB/T 1094.
Structural features
The product features a fully sealed and fully insulated structure with compact dimensions and a small footprint.The medium-voltage load switch and medium-voltage fuses are installed in the transformer oil,and the unit is available in either a shared-tank configuration with the transformer core or a separate-tank design.
The oil tank adopts a hermetically sealed structure and is equipped with an oil temperature indicator,oil level indicator,pressure gauge,pressure relief valve and oil drain valve to monitor the operating condition of the transformer.
Dual-fuse protection is provided.The plug-in fuse offers temperature-and current-sensitive protection,while the backup fuse provides additional protection against transformer faults.
The transformer can be equipped with S11 or S13 series Oil-immersed Transformers,featuring low noise and excellent lightning protection performance.Various low-voltage configurations are available,and an automatic reactive power compensation device can be optionally installed.The product is available in ring network type,terminal type and dual power supply type.
