ZBF series Wind Power/PV Prefabricated Substations are available in European,American,and Chinese structural designs,allowing flexible selection based on project requirements.
The products feature low noise,low losses,strong overload capability,full-range fuse protection,a high level of intelligent protection,and easy maintenance.
The enclosure of the substation is designed with a sealed structure,effectively protecting the equipment from sand,dust,rain,and snow.
The series is suitable for onshore and offshore wind and PV power plants,with voltage ratings up to 35 kV and transformer capacities up to 3150 kVA.

The product complies with GB/T 17467,GB/T 3906,and GB/T 7251.12.
Structural features
The European compact substation integrates the transformer(dry-type or oil-immersed),MV switchgear,LV switchgear,and control cabinet within a single enclosure with separate compartments according to the specified wiring scheme.The enclosure is constructed from composite panels or steel plates,ensuring high mechanical strength and reliable protection.
The American compact substation installs the oil-immersed transformer,medium-voltage load switch,and full-range high-voltage protection fuse inside the transformer tank.The transformer insulating liquid serves as the insulation and cooling medium for the entire unit.The low-voltage switchgear and control cabinet are installed in the low-voltage compartment.The enclosure adopts a fully sealed structure,featuring a compact design and good heat dissipation performance.
The Chinese compact substation combines the advantages of both European and American designs.The MV side adopts an RMU with combined switchgear for automated control,while the oil-immersed transformer with exposed cooling fins ensures effective heat dissipation.
