The QGC-12 switchgear is designed for three-phase AC 50 Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 12 kV and a rated current of 630 A, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy.
It is widely applied in distribution networks as ring main units (RMU) or terminal units.
Its modular design enables flexible system configuration and seamless integration of common tank and extension units.
The switchgear features a fully sealed stainless-steel tank filled with SF₆ gas, in which the main circuit switching devices and live components are completely enclosed.
This sealed structure protects the equipment from environmental influences, ensuring high reliability, enhanced operational safety, and maintenance-free performance.

Product Features
The product provides multiple functional modules,including load switch unit(C),switch-fuse combination unit(F),circuit breaker unit(V),metering unit(M),and busbar PT module(PT).
These standardized modules can be flexibly combined to form flexible ring main switchgear configurations for different application requirements.
The main busbar and switching devices are fully sealed in a stainless-steel gas tank,ensuring reliable insulation and protection.
The primary circuit is connected to external systems through bushings,while cable connections are made using fully insulated and screened separable connectors.
The gas tank is rated IP67,providing effective protection against environmental influences as well as short-term flooding resistance and anti-condensation performance.
A comprehensive mechanical interlocking system ensures safe and reliable operation by preventing maloperation.
