The national Green Factory Awards is based on the national standard GB/T 36132-2018 General Principles for Assessment of Green Factory.It conducts comprehensive assessment around core indicators such as energy decarbonization,resource efficiency,clean production,and green products.This is a highly prestigious national-level accreditation in China's Green Manufacturing development.
The enterprise selected at this time specialize in power equipment manufacturing .Through their green transformation practices,they demonstrate the solid steps of Xixian’s manufacturing sector toward green development.
QT Power:A“Roof-Top”Photovoltaic System Lights Up the Green Production Line
Shaanxi QT Power Group Co.,Ltd.,located in the Xixian New Area,is a high-tech enterprise integrating power engineering construction,power design,power distribution equipment manufacturing,and new energy system integration.
Upon entering the factory area,rows of roof-mounted photovoltaic panels neatly arranged under the sunlight have become a distinctive symbol of the factory’s green development.
“This is our 1,521 Kw rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation project,completed and put into use in July 2024.It has now been fully connected to the grid,covering the entire factory’s electricity consumption and realizing the goal‘self-generation for self-use with surplus electricity fed into the grid’,”said Wanliang Fu,chief engineer of QT Power.According to calculations based on a 25-year operation period,the project can save more than 10,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 34,000 tons.
The company has built an energy-saving and environmentally friendly smart transformer production line seen as green production line.Through process optimization and equipment upgrades,it has achieved a 100%comprehensive utilization rate of general industrial solid waste.At the same time,it uses environmentally friendly rapeseed oil to replace petroleum-based products as transformer oil,promoting cleanliness and high-efficiency resource utilization throughout the entire production process.
Driven by persistent innovation,the company continues to launch green and energy-saving products to help the industry reduce carbon emissions.Currently,QT Power has the production capacity for transformers rated at 40.5 kV and below,as well as smart Medium-and low-voltage complete equipment sets.The energy-saving dry-type transformers comply with the latest national energy efficiency standards.All transformer products have achieved Class 1 energy efficiency,and carbon footprint accounting have been completed for all transformer products.The company has become licensing partner for international brands such as Siemens and Schneider Electric.
