1. Conditions required for construction
(1) The drawings shall be reviewed and detailed operation instructions shall be prepared and approved according to the manufacturer's data.
(2) The quality of construction works related to the installation of box-type transformers is in line with the current national construction and acceptance of construction works.
(3) The positions of embedded parts and cable embedded pipes shall meet the design requirements, and the embedded parts shall be firm.
2. Construction preparation
2.1 transformer foundation inspection
(1) Check the construction quality of transformer foundation together with the owner and supervisor, fill in the record sheet, which shall be signed and confirmed by all parties, report the problems found in time and deal with them in time.
(2) Carefully check the horizontal and longitudinal axis dimensions of the transformer foundation and the position of embedded pipes, and check with the dimensions given in the drawings. The next step can only be carried out after they are correct.
Unpacking inspection of 2.2 transformer
(1) When the transformer is unpacked for inspection after arrival, it shall be inspected together with the relevant personnel of the owner, supervisor and manufacturer.
(2) Measure and record the impact value of the impact recorder before unloading, which should be less than 3G.
(3) Check the appearance of the transformer without damage and the paint surface is intact, and make records.
(4) Check the internal components of the transformer without displacement, pollution, etc.
3. Install the transformer in place
(1) Install the transformer channel steel foundation on the embedded parts, pay attention to leveling and straightness, weld the channel steel foundation and the embedded parts firmly, and apply anti-corrosion paint after removing the medicine skin on the welding parts.
(2) After the fan is hoisted, the hoisting transformer is directly located on the foundation, and the jack is used for leveling and correction.
(3) The connection between the transformer and the foundation shall be carried out according to the fixing method (screw connection or welding) specified by the manufacturer.
(4) If the goods are delivered separately, the shell shall be installed after the transformer is installed and aligned.
(5) Hang the sign board and clean the inside of the transformer box.
(6) before the next process to do a good job of finished product protection.
