The enclosure is assembled from aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet and galvanized steel plate,ensuring high structural strength and improved dimensional accuracy between the withdrawable unit and the cabinet.

Product Features
The switchgear enclosure is fabricated from high-quality aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets,formed by CNC sheet metal processing.The panels are assembled using high-strength bolts,nuts,and rivet nuts.Surface treatment is carried out by powder coating or galvanizing processes.
The cabinet structure is divided into four compartments:the relay and instrument compartment,circuit breaker compartment,cable compartment,and busbar compartment.Each compartment is separated by grounded metal partitions to prevent the propagation of internal arc faults.Except for the relay and instrument compartment,all other compartments are equipped with independent pressure relief channels.
The withdrawable units offer excellent interchangeability and can be moved smoothly and effortlessly within the cabinet.The well-designed main circuit insulation ensures a compact switchgear structure,reducing installation space requirements.
A comprehensive five-prevention interlocking system allows various switching operations to be carried out with the Medium-voltage compartment door closed.The cable compartment provides ample space for multiple cable connections.The reliable earthing switch operation enhances safety during maintenance and servicing.
